History

The law regarding the social insurance branches is named the Law of Work Accidents, Occupational Diseases and Maternity Insurances dated 27.06.1945 and numbered 4772. After the enactment of this law in 1945, Work Accidents, Occupational Diseases and Maternity Insurances were put into implementation. In parallel with the abovementioned law, the law of Workers’ Insurance Institution dated 16.07.1945 and numbered 4792 was passed.
